Orders, shipping and parts
- Where do orders ship from and how long does it take?
- Sets ship from the US, usually in 2–5 days.
- Is shipping free?
- Sets ship free over $50. For loose-brick orders, shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and larger orders ship free. You see the full total before you pay.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- Loose-brick orders ship worldwide. For sets to your country, email support@clonebrick.com.
- Why did my cart split into two orders?
- Sets are fulfilled separately from everything else, so a cart with sets and other items checks out as two orders.
- How do I track my order?
- Use Track an order on clonebrick.com/track with your order number and the email you used at checkout, or log in to your account to see all your orders and their tracking numbers.
- Where do I find my building instructions?
- Every set includes a parts list and instructions. Digital instructions are in your account library under My instructions, or enter the password printed on the card in your box at clonebrick.com/instructions. If you ordered with a different email, email support@clonebrick.com with your order number.
- What if a part is missing from my order?
- Our 30-day missing-part guarantee covers it. Open the order in your account and choose Report missing parts once it has shipped. We check with the factory and refund what did not arrive to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- Are the bricks compatible with other brick brands?
- Yes. Our sets and loose bricks are compatible with all major brick brands. Clone Brick is not affiliated with LEGO.
- Can I get a quote for my own design?
- Yes. Upload a Stud.io (.io) file, LDraw file (.ldr, .mpd), BrickLink XML (.xml, .bsx), or a CSV or plain-text parts list at clonebrick.com/upload. Each line is matched against our catalog and priced as soon as you upload.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is secure through Stripe, with card, Apple Pay and bank payment options. Bank transfers take a few business days to clear.
- How does the creator marketplace work?
- Approved creators sell digital designs and physical kits, keep ownership of their creations, and are paid through Stripe Connect. Clone Brick handles sourcing and shipping of physical bricks. Creators must be at least 18 and apply first at clonebrick.com/creator/apply.
